monday, 18th of august - london 

what is suitable for a bike tour isn't necessarily enough for a town. as my rainjacket stinks, i didn't want to wear it when i went to central london today. fortunately it hardly rained.

first i visited my friend sebastien, whom i couldn't reach by phone. he was at home and we had a nice time discussing our projects. he had followed mine all the way from vienna. also talked with his cat aniska, whom i looked after 5 years ago. 

then walked down along the thames and took some typical london selfies. at trafalgar square there is a big blue cock at the 4th admirals podest. somehow it seems meaningful, but i couldn't figure out why.

the south corean cultural institut has an exhibition again. i always like them, they are so different. it started to rain after that (only a light drizzle) and i decided to go home again. 

whereas there were many people in the morning, now i was alone. i'm still in a strange mood. maybe i should watch some hurling on tv.
